SCOTT B. KALLINS

Scott B. Kallins was born in Baltimore, Maryland. Following college, Mr. Kallins attended and graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law focusing upon trial advocacy. Mr. Kallins is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, and has been active in various legal organizations throughout Florida.

Kallins was born in Baltimore, Md., and graduated from the McDonogh School, located outside of Baltimore. After graduating from high school, Kallins attended and graduated from Western Maryland College (McDaniel College) where he achieved scholastic and athletic honors. Following his graduation from college, Kallins went on to attend and graduate from the University of Toledo College of Law where he focused on trial advocacy.
Upon moving to Bradenton, Fla., Kallins gained entry to the Florida Bar and developed his practice focusing on multiple areas of law. He gained valuable experience in the realm of personal injury and criminal trial defense.

Kallins is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and has been active in various legal organizations throughout Florida.

Kallins has been in multiple community service organizations including, the Manatee Community YMCA, where he served as the Chairman of the Board from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Kallins has served as the Chairman of the City of Bradenton’s Merit Retention Board, an executive board member for the Green and Gold Club (affiliate of McDaniel college in Westminister, Md.) and has been involved in youth sports community wide. He currently serves as the program director and head coach of the St. Stephens Episcopal School’s Varsity Lacrosse Team.

In 2010, Kallins was awarded the Manatee County Bar Association Community Service Award. Kallins collaborated to establish the Lakewood Ranch Club, and was the founder and coach of the Sarasota Military Academy’s Varsity Lacrosse Team.

Kallins is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and has been active in various legal organizations throughout Florida.
